Chief Operations Officer Girish Gopinath is a former marksman and military officer with more than a decade of experience in counter insurgency operations. He holds a diploma in Institution Safety and Security. For the past three years he has overseen safety and security for South India's largest resort chain of five-star hotels. He personally ensures that Camp Cardamom adheres to the best practices of site security and safety.

 

Camp Cardamom guarantees a staff to student ratio of at least 1:3. Maximum enrollment is capped at 40 students per week. Students live with and are monitored by background-checked counselors 24/7. Our facility is fully fenced and outfitted with closed-circuit video cameras.

 

All camp staff are trained in first aid. The camp stocks a full range of essential medicines. A doctor is on call at all times.
